SERVICE & PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE Speroni Tool Presetters are designed ready for the future. In fact, most new technologies can be applied to the main construction of every Speroni machine. This makes the purchase of a Speroni Presetter less of a purchase, and more of an investment. Maintaining your investment and ensuring a long healthy life for your presetter is very important and we would like to help in guaranteeing it's life. Arrange an annual preventative maintenance checkup and know that your machine is running accurately and consistently. Services Included: • Clean, inspect and lubricate all applicable parts of the machine • Inspect and adjust bearing preloads on X and Z axis slide assemblies • Verify spindle total indicator runout (T.I.R.) and that the column is square to spindle centerline, done using a NIST traceable certified bar • Clean and adjust mechanical and optical assemblies • Performance evaluation and verification of all functions • Verification and repeatability and zero-point calibration • Free two hours of onsite training Upgrade/Retrofit Looking for a cost effective alternative to completely replacing your existing presetter?
